Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a call from the immediate supervisor to the position. The second was a call from an HR associate. The third round included three separate zoom calls, meeting independently with a senior director, a senior scientist, and two of the research associates of the team.

Can you describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a coworker, and how you went about resolving it?

The interview consisted of 4 stages. The interviewers were thoughtful in their questions and just wanted to see if my experience matched what they were looking for. They are quick about scheduling interviews for the most part.

Interview
The entire process from application to offer took a little over a month. I applied online and received an email the same day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was 15 minutes and consisted of general questions mostly concerning the skills listed on my CV. Within a couple days I received an email requesting a 2 hour video interview with several team members and an HR person. These were general interview questions. There was a third video interview with other team leads.
