I had total 4 rounds of technical interview - All went fine and I was selected for the HR round. I was very upset with HR interview- The HR (she) didn’t join the scheduled meeting for 2 times and 3rd time somehow she was able to make it. The attitude was inappropriate, as if she is the CEO . There was no value for commitments which I was promised by the recruiter. Even the sr Recruiter was little rude . Even after salary discussions they were tried to reduce the target salary. I feel the lack of professionalism and respect. Hence, I rejected the offer.
