Incident IQ interview questions

The interview process was really fast, about 2 weeks. My process involved 4 interviews. The first with a recruiter who asked about my skills, interests, very personable, then went on to tell me about the company. The 2nd on zoom was with the hiring manager, 3rd on zoom with cross functional teams that my role would work with and the final was a 2 hour onsite. Throughout the process the recruiter was highly communicative, checking in on how I thought I did and checking on any gaps after each interview, including the onsite.

It was a behavioral interview and very straight forward. Standard tell me about yourself, and questions about the specific role. Recruiter and associates were very helpful throughout the whole process.
