      Photo Editor Interview

      2 Feb 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Irvine, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Incipio (Irvine, CA)

      Interview

Got an email, a call, and a long test (remote), passed, and went to the interview. THe first one was by a man and a woman. They were professional and to the point. I seemed to pass that first interview and was asked to go for a second interview. There were two women asking questions this time. They seemed pretty nice but I felt like I could see why some reviews from past employees mentioned the word "highschool" in a negative because the atmosphere of the interview was somewhat casual but something was off-putting about the way they were talking to each other (maybe too casual and unprofessional compared to the first pair).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The test had several photo editing tasks that involved photoshop skills (basic to advanced) and they asked about your background of course in the interview and what you had been working on in the past plus why you would like to join their company. The whole process was pretty smooth.
