Interview
I applied and was offered an interview almost immediately. I met firstly with HR and had a brilliant first interview. I was made to feel very relaxed and we chatted for at least an hour so I left feeling very positive and was then invited for a second interview a few days later. This gave me the opportunity to meet with Senior Management and I was made to feel just as relaxed and welcomed as my first interview.
Although they hadn't met me, they were very understanding of certain issues I had and were quick to discuss how this could be supported if I were to join the team which immediately made me feel secure, and if I was offered a position I would feel supported. Both interviews were excellent, and the conversation flowed very naturally which made a huge difference and took away that interview anxiety!

Interview
Had a brief phone call discussing opportunities then was invited for an interview for the role. Was provided extremely vague JD for essentially a telemarketing role. Was later hesitant above the job when asked further questions about the role and other opportunities as I was looking for a marketing role not a sales one. They assured there are progression routes but only through completion of this role.

Interview
I was interviewed by the HR manager and Data and Tech Partner. I got such a good impression of the company from the interview. I was made to feel at ease straight away and it was very conversational and flowing rather than abrupt questions. The culture sounded great, everyone seemed friendly and happy to work there! Amazing company benefits too. I was asked to do a proofreading test and an excel test too and was shown around the lovely work space upstairs.
