Interview
Come in and sit in an office where there are sports playing (it's advertised as a sports marketing firm) and sit in an office with the owner of the office who pitches the opportunity rather than the job. If you are dressed business professional and can put two words together they call you for a second interview where you go out into the field with your assigned team leader. This person shows you how they sell the product. You travel a lot by foot (door to door b2b) and use a sales technique you are told you will learn later. After you get a third interview to determine if the place is right for you. Very easy interview if you can walk, talk, and look professional whilst doing it.

Interview
Posted resume on Monster.com and was contacted within a few days via email. Called the company back and got asked to come in for an interview. The first interview was very short (only about 20 minutes) and the job description was extremely vague. Then I was told that if asked back for a second interview, it would be from 9am - 5pm shadowing an account manager, but again a vague description. I got called back for a second interview but didn't go because I found several online reviews about this company being a total scam/ pyramid scheme and that the "all day interview" consisted of hopping in a stranger's car and selling a coupon book door-to-door businesses. No salary, no benefits, commission only, waste of time.

They bring you in and interview one on one with "HR" and tell you they will give you a call if you make it to the second interview. They call, bring you in the next day for a 9-6 "interview" with an "account manager."
