I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Included Health (San Francisco, CA) in June 2016
Interview
They got back to me really quickly after I applied online. The questions were normal nothing you wouldn't expect. We arranged for an onsite interview the next day which I came in for the next week. The interview was with four people; the first was tough but the others were with really fun comfortable people. Overall I felt like I did everything I could but more than anything they were very responsive and timely wchih I appreciated. Though I ultimately didn't get the job Im grateful for the opportunity. Good luck to the person who got hired!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Included Health (Alameda, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out about 1.5 weeks after I had applied online. Overall experience was average.
The initial phone screen and zoom meeting were the standard breakdown on responsibilities, expectations, etc. After the zoom meeting, they send you a writing exercise detailing 3 scheduling scenarios that need your response. The writing exercise needs to be re-evaluated though. There are multiple errors in the templates presented and no clear objective as to what they want to see in the exercise.

Interview
speedy, communication was fantastic at every turn, and I GOT HIRED! The panelists were professional, timely, responsive, and engaged. I submitted my application and got an immediate response to schedule and interview. From that point forward, the process was easy and accommodating with Google Hangouts and panelist requests.

Interview
I applied directly on the company's career page and received a phone interview with the hiring manager. The conversation went well and I got the chance to meet with two other coordinators plus a recruiter that I would be supporting. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable about the role and company. In the end, I was not offered the job but I would definitely recommend a friend to check out Grand Rounds based on my positive experience interviewing with them!
