Incubator Supply interview questions

Interviewed for position and given extensive employment contract which had warning of "termination of employment" stressed in BOLD print. They required signature and exclusion of outside work. I wanted a written agreement for the salary before starting work since I was unfamiliar with this company and had a position I was leaving to come to this company.
