I applied online. I interviewed at Incubeta (London, England)
Interview
After submitting my CV, was asked to complete a short video questionnaire asking me a bit about myself and PPC. After a short phone screen, then interviewed in person with 2 of the account executives and was asked to complete a maths test, which wasn't too difficult (but the questions get more complex as you progress, so watch the time), really friendly and conversational. A few days later, was asked to come in and present for 15 minutes on PPC and the future of digital marketing with another two employees followed by another friendly and informal interview. THEN was asked to come in to meet the Director and another member of staff, but unfortunately declined as I had accepted an offer from another company by this stage. Overall the people at NMPi were a pleasure to meet, all really friendly and with a good sense of humour. Mark Stangroom in particular (HR) was really great to work with and it was nice to receive regular updates on my application from him without even needing to ask. Questions on PPC could sometimes get pretty tricky though, so really make sure you know your stuff beforehand- but don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer as they will work through it with you until you figure it out.

Question 1
Why does voice search pose problems for keyword choices?
Online tests prior to an initial call with a recruitment manager, followed by an interview. I thought this went well however never got any communication back despite numerous attempts at reaching out via email and phone calls.
Hi and thanks for your review. I'm really sorry to hear that you did not receive any feedback after your interview. We do our best to contact everyone who we interview to give them constructive feedback so I am disappointed that we didn't manage to do this for you. Could you please contact me directly on mark@incubeta.com so that I can look into this for you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Incubeta (London, England) in July 2019
Interview
Applied online, first did an online reasoning test - fairly simple.
Next, I was contacted by a recruiter for a short phone interview and was invited to attend a assessment day 9 days later.
Was told I would be sent an invitation with all the information about the day via e-mail but did not receive one until 2 days before the assessment day. (I spoke to other candidate and they all had invitations over a week before so I was already at a disadvantage).
Assessment day involved informative presentation, a short maths test, a group activity, speed interviews and we had to do a 5 minute presentation about PPC (which we had to prepare before - information I received in a late e-mail). They also asked some simple questions related to the content for your presentation.
Informal lunch with some of the team. Short group activity.
Successful candidate are chosen to stay for final interviews, and unsuccessful candidate were told to leave.
Honestly I wasn't very excited. I think the fact that I received an invitation late gave me a very bad impression of the company. The information I received from the recruiter was in accurate - she only told me about the maths quiz, group activity and presentation - not about final interviews. She said she'll be there on the day so I can speak to her but only appears in the the first few minutes of the day to introduce herself and then disappeared.
Kept calling to ask the same questions again and again.
A lot of time wasted on the day - could have easily shorted the day.
