After applying I got an email to complete an assignment on GitHub using TDD. I spent almost 6hour to complete. After successful completion, I’ve sent an email that successfully completed. Given assignment but from them side I get only thank you in email after that I’ve added follow up email to provide at least feedback. I was 100% sure as I’ve already 6+ years experience and hr replied with that not moving further. She mentioned in email that we don’t only evaluate technical expertise but how we’ll approach and many more word. But girl we haven’t even spoken how you have evaluated my other skills???? I was feeling totally time wasting with them How much energy and efforts one candidate is putting they haven’t any idea. At least when any candidate submit resume do the research or at least go through it then schedule this kind of assignment If someone is gi
