Long, arduous and with too many people. It felt also as though the process was very improvised. I hate to say this but it didn't feel very professional. I think that the decision making was not based on skills but on personality. I fared well, but I often wonder and worry about anyone who could be deemed as "not being a good fit". The managers are young and very inexperienced.
