I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
First interview was via telephone. Second interview was via Google Hangouts. Third interview was supposed to be on-site with the hiring manager. When I arrived on-site for the five-hour interview I was told that the hiring manager would be right with me but I was told to wait because he was in another building. After 15 minutes I called the HR Coordinator because nobody showed up - it turns out the hiring manager wasn't in the same city as me (???).
Entire process was disorganized. I was told to apply for a different job despite exceeding the requirements for this role.
Pretty basic - standard questions about background, experience. Asked for examples about collaboration, compliance, experience with upper management, feedback, training, etc. Spoke with 3 members of the HR team at once - panel interview.
