First, there was a phone screen. After that you proceed to the on site interviews with a manager, team members, and a director. It was a very straightforward process and not too intimidating.
this was a few years ago.. but the recruiter rang my phone once and when i called back they didn't answer. Rude. Then she emailed me to reschedule and when I responded she never replied back. Who does that?
