I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I held a call with a recruiter that was located in Chicago, but the role was for NYC. I then moved onto an onsite interview. Then went to Indeed's office (late November) and the man checking people in was so nice. Had three thirty minute interviews with three hiring managers.
I followed up with the Chicago recruiter over and over and she never got back to me. I then followed up with the three hiring managers and one wrote be back saying "You should be hearing from (Chicago recruiter name) soon". The next day (mid December) the recruiter gave me a ring and said that they did not have head count for 2019 and to sit tight and follow up in mid January to hear if the headcount had come thru yet. I emailed on 1/7 then called on 1/14 to the recruiter. I have yet to hear back from her so I emailed the hiring managers that I interviewed with. They all ghosted me and I have heard nothing back, two months later.
No one has gotten back to me and for a company that's mission statement is to "help people get jobs" it is a bit ironic and unprofessional.
First round is a Discovery interview with managers more of a panel round.
After that you'll then a QBR presentation on a mock account
and then interview with Director of Client Success

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Madrid) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview questions [1]
