The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Apr 2009
Interview
A phone interview was scheduled, and after thirty minutes past due, I e-mailed the person who was supposed to call whether the interview was still on. She then called, and asked general questions about my resume, and then at the end said they were looking for someone with 3 to 5 years experience. Since this was on my resume in the first place, how much experience I had, which was less than three years, I wondered why bother to do a phone interview in the first place. Yes, I applied for the job regardless, hoping that my experience and diversity would over-ride the years of experience, but to do a phone interview already knowing you're not wanting to hire me, seems to be wasting their time and mine needlessly.
