Our recruiters ask a variety of questions in the initial phone screen, with salary requirements part of the conversation. If there is mutual interest, the recruiter would then schedule some time with the hiring manager and other relevant interviewers to discuss your work experience.
Your feedback is mainly focused on salary, which I will try my best to address. We offer salary transparency and list the salary range on all jobs at Indeed, so you should have been aware of the range when you applied for the role. That said, what is listed is only a base salary range, and not the total compensation. When you include the quarterly bonuses, LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan), matching 401k, Open PTO policy, and many other perks that Indeed offers, our compensation package becomes very competitive.
