Interview
They found me via linkedIn. Recruiter contact was rushed and bombarded me with quick questions. Phone screen followed in a few days - coding on some web board. Asked a few questions about my previous role and projects focusing on rationale for decisions. The coding question was easy I wrote it in a few mins with with minor off-by-one mistakes. Interviewer was pressed for time, wanted to hurry and kept interrupting me which disrupted my thought process. He didn't even give me a chance to collect my approach on paper and eventually walk through my code to fix issues - and he started started identifying them and pressurizing me to fix them in a way he wanted them fixed.

The recruitment team is helpful in providing advise on what they are expecting in interviews, but the scheduling part is chaos and they ghosted me after interviews.
The interview itself is gruelling process of 6 interview rounds
1. Resume deep dive
2. Code review
3. Architecture design
4. Managerial
5. White boarding (Surprising round with a junior developer who corrects your CS terms at every step in this interview). Was expecting some senior engineer to take the interview
6. Closing round (pretty normal)
Did not expect white boarding for a Senior Manager candidate..
