Clunky internal process before getting to meet the interviewer. I felt the interview was a bit clinical and looking to measure my responses instead of listen to them. I felt that the interview would have been more applicable to a finance or software role compared to a sales role where I would expect to build some rapport and talk as much about my goals, motivations etc.

3 round interview, with Seniors Sales directors as well as peers, prepare well, prepare your examples and be human is my advise. Process took 3 weeks. Recruiter checked in on regular basis and set expectations for next round.
