Independent Core Strategies interview questions

Super casual and just talking about goals and ambitions. Nothing related to the job. Was not informative. Didn't get the answers to my questions, rather the interviewer was talking around my questions, avoiding to directly answer them. Got hired on point without any referrals, requirements, background check etc. Super fishy.

A Joke. The wait in the waiting room was longer than the actual interview. Within 2 minutes of sitting down with the self-proclaimed 23-year old with an office, he told me I would need to work Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. I asked, "Do you know how many hours that is?"; I did. He said around 70 hours a week. I was also told during the phone call setting up the interview that it was a salaried position. The interview, office building, everything surrounding this company screamed scam.
