Applied online then received a phone call to go through basic questions. The was scheduled an on-site interview. There were 2 interviewee and they had printed out my resume and papers with questions. They went through each questions whilst taking note on it. The questions were customer service related. Overall, they were easy to talk to and pretty chill interview.
