Very thorough and friendly interview. The selector was a brigadier rank officer. Interview ran long at 1 hour. The interviewer tries to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. The stress is towards honesty and logical thinking.
Candidates selected via Service Selection Board. Starts with Psychometric Test, candidates clearing the same move to next phase which includes Group discussion, extempore, GTO test, Physical Test and Interview by a panel of officers
