I was contacted via text and email for a phone screen that same day. The phone screen verified my availability and experience. I was then invited for an in-person interview two days later. I met with the office manager and one other supervisor in a conference room. I had the chance to ask them some questions--the office manager didn't seem prepared for the interview and didn't know the answer to one of my simple questions. It also took two conversations and one email exchange to nail down the specifics of the role's schedule. It was needlessly confusing and could have easily been simplified with a handout. Overall, I was disappointed with the interview and had concerns about the organization of the office.

Easy interview process, group interview and one on one. Does screen for background, drug test etc. Usually follows up a couple days after application and then meeting with manager and group interview.
