The phone interview was first, just a quick assessment of information. Then, an in-person follow up lunch where we covered the bulk of job skills information. Finally, a campus tour completed the interview process.

A very relaxed interview process where you get called when they are ready to talk, and you will have multiple interviews. No status is given on how the interview goes, when the next step will happen unless you ask. The interviews are long in duration, which does not mean you have a good interview, they just talk for a long time. Ask for the next step!
