I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Indiana Professional Management Group in June 2013
Interview
IPMG is a virtual company so most of the work does not occur out of an office. The interview is the same - I met the interviewer at a library that was about equidistant for each of us. We talked about case management experience and time management ability - something that is truly vital in this position. Once you've gotten past the training stage, you are expected to do your job with very little oversight - nobody is going to stand over your shoulder telling you what needs to be done. It's definately not a position for everybody. The position and the requirements were explained.

The interview process started with a virtual interview followed by an in-person interview. Both were thorough. In person was very relaxed, but I'm sure it depends on who you are interviewing with.
