The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indiana University Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2016
Interview
HR reached out to me and asked some general questions. A week later an in person interview was scheduled. I was interviewed by a panel of directors, without notice beforehand that there would be 10 directors present and asking questions. Told me they would get back to me within two weeks. Two weeks came and went so I inquired about the position with HR - no answer (I left voicemails, sent emails, etc). I received an email after two months stating they went with another candidate.

fairly easy, was emailed with a coupe of days and interview the next week, questions came from a Google search anyone could easily find, and were easy to answer. There was no discussion about the position unless I asked questions, which I did in order to understand the position past the job posting
