Interview
Face to face interview with supervisor, Department Head and nurses from other specialty offices. There were rapid fire questions from each. Not all of the interviewers were welcoming. All in all it was a positive experience.
After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Interview
Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
