I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indiana University Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2019
Interview
There were several interviews: Phone interview, Interview with potential Director, Half day interview with team, Interview with VP of division.
Each interviewer prided themselves on the number of hours they worked - I did get the impression that they were attempting to weed people out (or perhaps scare them off?) by repeatedly mentioning the long hours.

Question 1
Q: Are you prepared to work more than 40 hours a week?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indiana University Health (Indianapolis, IN) in June 2013
Interview
There was a phone interview, followed by a group interview. The group interview consisted of the team I was interviewing for. In general the team is/was extremely collaborative.

Question 1
The question that was most difficult was more of a situational question. For example how would you handle a difficult client, co-worker, etc and maintain a positive working relationship.
