Question 1
did you hear about Indique Hair and what do you know about it?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indique Hair (Silver Spring, MD) in Sept 2019
Interview
The interview process went by pretty quickly for the way that it was conducted. The entire hiring process is internal and there is no face to face interactions, which is pretty unique in my opinion. I had three interviews that all took place via skype.
My first interview was just a screening interview to see if I fit the company needs at the time.
My second interview was a bit more personal where I was allowed to ask much more questions and get to learn about the company a little more.
The final interview was with the big boss. It went quickly and smoothly. The same day she called me with an offer for the position.
The entire process lasted about a week and communication was very good throughout the whole process.
I've been to a few interviews in my life and I have to say that this interview process was the most professional one thus far. (that says quite a lot considering I have worked for some MAJOR companies)
I accepted the position and they gave me the pay rate that I asked for. I am sure if you negotiate you can receive more.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Indique Hair (New York, NY) in July 2018
Interview
The interview process was very long. 3 skype interviews on separate occasions. You skype with the owner, the assistants and some other executive. Then you have to have one in person interview with the current hair store manager you are applying to work at
