Interview
The interview was simply a chat with project managers, where they ask me about my background and my preferences. They also asked about English fluency and proficiency at some technologies. No questions to check my knowledges.
{4 weeks later}
The HR interview was more a speech than an interview. The girl didn't stop talking about how great is the company and how much money they earn every single year (I don't know where this money goes...). After a week they made an offer.

Interview
Primero te hacen test psicotécnico y de inglés, luego tienes una entrevista con RRHH y por último una entrevista con personal técnico. Proceso muy rápido. Te dan respuesta (tanto positiva como negativa) de manera bastante rápida en comparación con otras empresas similares.

Cosas relacionadas con las tecnologías que iba a aplicar
Fue muy agradable la experiencia. Postulé para un puesto de programador junior y el entrevistador fue muy amable y honesto desde el primer momento conmigo. Recomiendo a cualquier persona que se está pensando en entrar en esta empresa que al menos se postule e intente conocerla.

Envíe mi CV y al instante me llamarón para realizarme una entrevista telefónica. El reclutador te comenta como va a ser el proceso de selección, etc.
Luego, te pasan con el encargado que lleva los proyectos y te hablan de la empresa como es por dentro y lo que puedes llegar a hacer, pero todo muy sencillo
