There are 4 stages: Written Assessment, interview with senior consultant, interview with senior partners and finally interview with Managing Partner. Written assessment is straightforward- thin GMAT kind of test. Interview with senior consultant was just one market sizing question and couple of behavioural and motivational questions. Interview with senior partners also focused mainly on motivational questions more specific to the firm. Finally, interview with CEO was purely a case interview.
