How do you feel about following policies? Tell me about yourself
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infection Prevention and Management Associates (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was extremely unorganized. I was contacted about 2 days after I initially filled out the application. The first interview was over the phone with a panel of the leadership team. They asked the most basic questions. The person conducting the interview told me the process was as follows: telephone, in-person, and then you had to complete a presentation. This was not the case. About two hours after my phone interview, I received an e-mail from the HR lady. She told me I needed to complete a presentation. I presented a couple of business days later. About a week later I had an in-person interview. Since I was told (from my first interview) that those were the only steps, I reached out to the HR lady and asked when I should expect to hear something if I got the position or not. She told me I needed to complete a shadowing opportunity and if that went well, I would get the job. A few days later, I completed my shadowing opportunity and it went extremely well. Another few days later I was told they were still deciding between me and another candidate. So not only did she give me false hope, but everything was out of order. I was relatively proactive throughout the whole process. I really did want this position, but this was not how I wanted to be treated. Within every step of the interview process, I was told there was a high turn over rate. This would probably be a good part-time position, but I wouldn't recommend full-time.

Interview
I applied and finally got an interview . The questions were not difficult. However they did not want to give me the full time job I interviewed for. After the interview I was asked if I would like to move forward with a part time position that was paying $16 an hour at 20 hours per week.
