Talking to the manager of the department. Usuall questions about where you see yourself and skillset of your university study. Then an casual presentation of their work and what they are looking for.
Quite smooth and fast respond from the hiring manager and hr. HR is very professional and take immediately action to come out offer a very competitive package in the market, at least 25% increase from current package.
For fresh graduate, will be ask more on the questions that about personalities and how you solve problem. Also, about your strength and weakness. Just keep calm and relax. No need stress.
Very nice experience of the interview.
They care about your skills, and feelings. From the conversation, you can feel they are professional at tech area and management area.
It's a big company, have full process of everything.
