Started wiphone interview which led to an onsite interview they were very comprehensive in introducing every department and very clear about the objectives for the job I found them to be a well-funded company with a very interesting product line
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Infinia (Ogden, UT) in July 2012
Interview
I had one screening interview with a single person. It was very informal. Most of the discussion was about the product.
My second interview was with a panel of people plus a couple of one-on-one interviews the same day. I was in the building about 2 hours.
Most of the people seemed more interested in telling me about the company/product than interviewing me.
