Horrible. I got an invite through Naukri, went onsite for the interview, the HR took my resume and made me wait for an hour and then says that the panel saw your resume and decided not to take your interview. If that was the case then why did I get an invite through Naukri and they could have told that in the beginning itself. Please ask them whether your resume matched the job description before attending this interview. 0 Management skills in this company.
