It wasn't much of an interview, more of them telling me how the job would go. Very few questions asked about myself. Anyone who knows a little bit about psychology and the workplace shows that you were being somewhat manipulated to believe that this was an amazing place and the owner was supposed to be a very smart person.

The whole process was very casual. The receptionist was unprofessional in how she acted and dressed, and the interview was very brief. The man I interviewed with was casual and showed me a chart for commissions vs hourly wages.
