Inflight Dublin interview questions

I interviewed with Barry Flynn, the COO. He came across as quite uninterested during the interview — he avoided eye contact, mumbled his words, and spent most of the time looking at the floor. He asked a few standard questions, including where I saw myself in five years, but overall the interaction felt disengaged and unwelcoming.
