Question 1
There was nothing difficult or unpredictable about the interview process. Influence is more interested in seeing what your abilities are and what you can do for them, rather than getting to know you.

Interview
The interview is 100% culture based, with very few technical questions. You sit inside of room with the development team and the conversation is directed by their CTO. Most of the questions revolve around how you'll fit into their culture.
