Initial interview with recruiter was a great experience. She detailed the interview process: Hiring manager with technical assessment, VP of Growth, VP of Product, and VP of Demand Generation, then interviews with each of the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Revenue Officer.

Oh my god! What a bad internal organisation they have. Changing the interviewer without any advice, criticising themselves internally, changing the guidance of the interview and putting a narrow-minded person to do interviews that is incapable to think out of himself. I am not talking about the whole company, but about a specific interviewer yes.
