I was initially contacted via phone - quite outdated for 2023 & considering rhe candidate works elsewhere at the moment. After each stage of the process, I was only contacted via phone. The recruiter that contacted me was always mentioning that the role is super urgent for them thus would like to book a meeting asap, but it took them ~2 weeks to screen my cv. You need to appreciate your candidates! No mention for team work from the HR manager, he was just saying "I want my employees to..", "I apply those rules " etc. The questions were predefined, no conversation, all old fashioned. Not to mention that during one of the interviews, I was clearly asked about my marital status!
