I had applied for Pune location & HR has scheduled Skype interview. I had taken 1 hour break from my current organisation to attend this skype interview, Everything was fine, interview started on Time, some guy from Indore branch was taking my interview. I had tried my best to answer all his questions & as per my prediction interview was 80% to 85% positive. After 45 minutes that guy told that, He has another call with client & we decided to connect after 1 hour but dramatically after 5 min he called me & asked me to reconnect just for 15 minutes only. But instead 15 minutes again he took 1 hour & at last he asked that he’s done from his side. Even though he continued his bombarding of questions & I satisfied him. At last finally he asked that do u have any questions? And I asked him that on what product/project & technology are you working? He underestimated my question & did not replied and somehow he asked very rudely to disconnect. I had some hope that everything was fine & I’ll definitely get offer from this company but for 2 days I waited & after that asked to HR & HR refused that I haven’t cleared all criteria so that I am not shortlisted. So I just wants to share with you all that, The interviewer was only passing his time with me on skype. I mean to say whatever best I performed he decided to not shortlist me but yes he wants to reduce his 2 hours from his work so that he find this best way for time pass. Just beware of such Time pass interviewers!
