I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InfoScout (Chicago, IL) in July 2018
Interview
Involved a quick phone call with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min excel exercise that was fairly easy but just presses you for time, then a phone screening with the data analyst team lead, and then finally ending with a interview with three different individuals (one of them being the team leader) over 2 hours.
The interview with the first person was relaxed and involved some quick/easy logic and query tasks. The second person was through a Skype call and was more challenging and asked more difficult and in-depth questions, and some odd ones like what I thought the characteristics of a sandwich were and had me decide whether or not certain foods were sandwiches (including hotdogs, stuffed pitas, burgers, etc). The final person was an actual data associate and was very honest about the role, however, gave me more reasons not to work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe what you think are all the characteristics/qualities of a sandwich and tell me which of following options are sandwiches or not.

Interview
Very professional friendly process. Two phone interviews, one timed excel test, and then an in-office interview with three people. One of the in-office interviews included several technical / reasoning questions, which were easier than most white-board style tests.
