Interview
Well designed and structured procedure including verbal interview plus some basic qualifications tests. The recruiter was very strict in her communication but not offensive. The total experience after 2 interviews was good.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infoassist (Athens, Athens, Attica)
Interview
I took a test (psychological and english skills) which was 3 pages long and then I was interviewed for about 40 minutes. Overall the interview was okay and I although I was stressed at first after a while I adapted myself there. It was my first experience getting interviewed for a job and the interviewer was really nice and helpful.

The interview was conducted in Greek and English. I was asked about my studies, work experience (I didn't have at that time), interests, motivation and career goals. The interview was easy overall.
