Initially, they offered me a salary of 50k. However, before providing the official offer letter, they informed me that they could only offer 35k initially. They mentioned that they would evaluate my performance over the next 2-3 months, after which they would increase the salary to 50k. Additionally, they requested that I sign a one-year bond.
