I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infograph Solution
Interview
They gave me a call from Louisiana and the recruiter on the other side talked too fast that I barely understood what he was saying. This came off as a red flag to me because most recruiters I have met would enunciate clearly what the job position entails. Another red flag to me was that I had to pay $800 for training even for an internship position. Even with small regional firms, they do not require you to pay that large sum of money just to work. The whole purpose of getting a job is that you volunteer your time and energy to your employer and they compensate you for it. Not the other way around. One last red flag is that I went to the company website and looked up their address just to see what their office looks like...it turns out the address is for an apartment complex in Louisiana. Though company giants did have modest beginnings, there are better ways to obtain capital than asking incoming entry level candidates for $800. Mostly because college students will not have that kind of money on hand to give out so easily.
