I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Austin, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn. One morning I got a called from Recruiter, it seems like phone screening. Few day later I got technical phone interview with a Hiring manager. He asked about experience with Java, Spring, how do you add security in Spring?Work flow like Agile? Tell me about your work experience with Agile Scrum. It went very well. Few day later I got an on site interview with there team (Starmount). I interviewed with 4 people there, 1-2-1. They're friendly. The 1st guy was ask about basic Java, database designed, SQL after that I meet with other 2 guys asked to me tell them my last project. Asked more related with that project, how do I implement, why this why that? they seem didn't interested with my background. they seems no question to ask, so I just talked with them asking about company then we start to have some talk. After that I meet with manager, mostly talked about experience, work flow, Agile, Git, behavioral questions, kind of culture fit question. At then end I meet with the guy who I talked on the phone. He just came and close the interview and told me will give the result by end of the day or at most the following day. But I didn't get that. I followed up recruiter and he seem not professional reply and email with 1 or 2 words let's told me that they waiting other result from one other person. I keep wait for 2 weeks with no reply then I decided to email him then I told not to move forward. I got the same feeling about unprofessional recruiter just like other interviewer.

Interview
Applied in naukri and got call from hr and scheduled online interview for an hour and asked java and SQL questions and they expect us to write codes in java by sharing screen along with SQL queries.
But it seems like they don't have any intentions to hire just conducting interviews for sake and publicity finally ghosting candidates.
I didn't get response also even after multiple follow ups.

Interview
Initial interview with HR:
- Initially, they did not inform the applicant that the role will use proprietary language when deployed in the project.
Technical interview with 3 hiring managers: The conversation is somehow smooth, however:
- All of them did not open their camera during the interview. Remember that an interview is a 2-way street. Interviewers, it should be a common courtesy to open your camera as well when interviewing applicants.
- The hiring manager with the highest position displayed a negative bias towards individuals who have been laid off from previous jobs. He even suggested rephrasing the term "laid off" to align with his beliefs. Conversely, the other two hiring managers disagreed, implying that getting laid off is not the employee's fault. (Kudos to those two hiring managers!)
- The hiring manager with the highest position thinks like he knows everything about the applicant's past job. It's inappropriate and disrespectful for a hiring manager to impose their assumptions about an applicant's past job based solely on shared project experience.
- The hiring managers assumed that the applicant is difficult to work with simply because they were asked about negative scenarios.
They are all comfortable to talk with, but I guess I dodged a bullet by not getting hired by the company, given that one of their managers with the highest position displayed an act of egotism. I hope that those two hiring managers will impose a healthier environment on those who are within their project, or to their future ones. Please don't be like that one manager.

Question 1
Questions mostly circled about OOP and design patterns.

Interview
1 online behavioral test. 1 panel interview focused on technical questions. The interviews went fine. However, after the technical interview and follow-ups, I was ghosted by the recruiter. It would have been very helpful to receive an automated rejection email at least.
