I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infor (Barcelona) in Dec 2019
Interview
I was reached by an employee in Barcelona called Alejandra. She pitched me with the company and having interest in my profile for some positions in Infor Barcelona. We decided to follow up in January 2020, and I have been ghosted ever since. I gave up after 2-3 messages on LinkedIn when she's clearly online.
This experience stacks up nicely to the general reviews the company has on Glassdoor and other sites. Terrible culture, toxic environment, unproductive discipline, and definitely a red flag for me. You gotta check out everything you possible can about the company before you reply to anything or let them know you're interested, sometimes people don't deserve that and this is the case.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Saint Paul, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
There is an initial phone interview. If they want to move forward you will have a mock phone call where you will be treated as if you are a BDR and they are the customer. There will be 1 to 2 in person interviews if they choose to move you forward. Typically more than one person is a part of that process.
