Inform Account Manager interview questions

Several phone screenings by an initial recruiter, late several times to phone and in-person interviews. Interview process was laid back, informal, and didn't feel very pointed at qualifying me as a candidate for their company/role. Their "VP of People (?)" was very intimidating and almost felt misguidedly inappropriate given the line of questioning compared to the overall interview format an questions.
