I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Information Builders (Schaumburg, IL) in June 2016
Interview
Phone screened with recruiter. Second phone screen with Director Field Marketing Support Services for about 30 mins. Face to face interview with the same person who was 15 mins late to the interview. The interview started and I was grilled before asked any basic questions on terms to study before the interview. I was asked to move to the next round for an interview in two weeks to present a very high level, introductory presentation about Information Builders. Second part was to create a prospecting letter and fill out a questionnaire. I was invited to move forward to this stage, but declined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Information Builders (Alpharetta, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Initial contact was made by a recruiter via phone and lasted maybe 30 mins. I was then interviewed by the Marketing manager obce again by phone, she called 10 minutes later than the scheduled time and the interview/phone screen was fairly quick and touched on all key points. I was then brought into the office to have a face to face interview with that same marketing manager and a few people from the team in that office. The interview went well, my qualifications aligned perfectly if not exceeded their expectations but yet I wasn't offered a job. There was no feedback or response to my question surrounding this which led me to believe that it was a demographic issue moreso anything else. Per the website, the job still hasn't been filled!
