The people there were very nice. In my phone interview i got the same questions as the others. I prepared for the interview as best I could, brushing up on my math and 2d programming array skills...however when it came to the programming section of the test I failed regardless. Just a heads up for future interview seekers, they are apparently looking for code *quality* not how right it is! As well as making it short! I know my code was right, but I suppose it wasn't short enough. Oh, and for me the empty rows and columns where I was to put my totals were at the 0 index of both arrays.
