3 rounds, combination of talking through my experience and behavioral. They are looking for "executive presence" and a combination of both technical and strategic. If you have IT sourcing experience, it gives major bonus points
Interviewer was very nice, questions were well thought out and applicable. I felt comfortable speaking with him. I felt like he wasn’t trying to trip me up but was instead trying to get a good idea of my work experience.
